I just upgraded my Sprint HTC Touch Pro to the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 build 21234 by MightyRom. I decided to included end to end full instructions in case you are new to the site. REMEMBER - Backup your phone data as this will erase all data on the phone (Not the storage card)> Basically you need to do the following:
Required:
1:) Unlock sprint phone
2:) Install new Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM
Optional:
3:) Install new Telus Radio
4:) Install additional components

Unlock Instructions:
1) Download Hard-SPL package from attachment, extract to an empty folder.

2) You must have Phone Synced with PC in Windows Mobile
3) Run HardSPL exe that you downloaded before.
4) Follow steps in the RUU, and check on the device for prompts after PC shows loading bar.
5) It should go to tricolor screen now and say 0.25.C-SSPL or for Verizon devices it should say 0.35-C-SSPL.6) SPL flashes, device automatically reboots, job done.
7) To confirm you got it installed, go into bootloader mode (tricolor screen) and verify the screen shows 0.35.CMONEX or 0.37.CMONEX (or 0.25.CMONEX MFG). To go into the bootloader mode hold down the power button on the phone, it will prompt you to press yes to shut it down. After it is shutdown hold the volume down button and the power button. This will go into bootloader mode (tricolor screen)
ROM Instructions:
1:) Download the latest ROM from http://www.lilrico.com/Mighty/ROMs/MightyROM5_05.24.09_Herman.exe
2:) Go into the bootloader mode (tricolor screen)
3:) Run the MightyROM5_05.24.09_Herman.exe you downloaded and follow instructions on the screen
4:) Allow the phone to set its self up
Radio Update Optional:
What I have also found is that there is a new Telus Radio V1.04.05 (thing that looks for signal and makes calls and data connections) that will not only increase your quality of service by minimum of 1 bar, it will add 25% battery life. Prior to installing this Telus Radio I could get about 8 hours of heavy use (150+ texts, 100+ emails, 120 minutes of talk time) on my phone. I now get about 12 hours of heavy use. If you are not a heavy user you will have no problem having your phone last all day long with the new Radio.
1:) Download the Radio update file from below

2:) Then extract the rar file to a folder.
3:) You now have two options as a hard reset is recommended after the Radio upgrade, but a hard reset wipes out all the data on the phone. So if you just upgraded your ROM you can just upgrade the Radio from Windows. If you have not recently upgraded your ROM and performed a hard reset and want to preserve your phone data, go to boodloader mode (tricolor screen) as mentioned above and install the Radio. This will preserve the data on your phone. Like I said it is recommended to hard reset the device after the Radio upgrade, but I performed the upgrade while preserving data with no issues, so if you want to save data I would recommend trying this approach and if you start having issues, perform a hard reset and they should go away.
Install Additional Components - Optional:
To install the following below all you need to do is copy the .CAB file to your phone via ActiveSync and then just open the cab file. I usually install these cab files to main memory but it is up to you.
